• Model these potential savings in order to clearly understand their true extent
• Provide advice and guidance on presenting this opportunity to the board of directors
• Provide specialized consultant to help create the RFQ (Request for Quotation)

Results

• AMG identified approximately $1 million in annual savings from consolidating operations.
• Developed a model which will clearly identify these savings
• Provided numerous alternatives for cost savings that the boards and committees had been unable to identify previously
• A tender was issued to outsource the warehouse operation
